Biofloc is a product line of flocculants and coagulants for industrial use. The products are composed of natural polymers that are 100% biodegradable and free of metallic salts. They also effectively eliminate suspended solids, remove color and reduce turbidity levels and heavy metals in industrial effluents.
FLOCCULANTS
This is a non-ionic liquid flocculant that has a high molecular weight. Its formulation based on linear copolymers makes it possible to bring together colloidal particles, which facilitates the development of clots. It is used as a flocculant in waste water and drilling muds in industries where water is used intensively such as the oil, mining, sugar and paper industries, among others. The presentation of the product is in the form of jugs of 55,1156 pounds, plastic barrels of 440,925 pounds or IBC tanks of 2204,62 pounds.
Bio Floc 50 L is a liquid cationic flocculant that has a high molecular weight. It is designed to maintain the pH of the clarified liquid within the watering specifications with a high treatment flow. Its application area is with effluents with diverse range of pH and strict requirements of clarified liquid. The presentation of the product is in the form of plastic barrels of 440,925 pounds or IBC tanks of 2204,62 pounds.
BioFloc 10 Plus is a solid non-ionic flocculant. Its high concentration and its easy solubility make this product an excellent alternative to reduce volume and generate savings in transportation costs. Since it is versatile, its application does not modify the rheology of the solution, making it possible to obtain turbidity levels in the clarified liquid similar to potable water. The presentation of the product is in the form of polypropylene sacks of 55,1156 pounds.
COAGULANTS
BioFloc 33.250 PLUS is an organic liquid coagulant that has a low molecular weight. It is a product designed for the treatment of muds that are not inhibitive thanks to its high efficiency and low cost. SELECTIVE COAGULANTS
BioFloc 60 selective is a cationic flocculant exclusively developed to reduce the content of hydrated clay present in drilling muds, without altering its chemical and rheological properties. It makes it possible to work in the efficiency of the centrifuges, reducing product consumption.
